Well. It’s Saturday. Up here in the north it’s actually turned into a nice day. 40’s, breezy, blue skies. Very nice indeed. Today I’ve actually got a few things to do. I’ve got to run a few errands and pick up some basic essentials (deoderant, toothpaste, that kind of thing). I’ve also got to shop for a gift for my mom and for Lauren’s parents. I’ve completely forgotten to do that. Silly me. Later tonight is the semi-annual, sort of gathering of weekend warriors. No, I’m not talking about a football game, I’m talking of course about game night. The one night a month when me and the boys get together and kick the living crap out of one another in CS, Red Faction, UT and whatever else we feel like playing. Huzah! Usually the three of them get together and play D&D or something so I don’t attend… but tonight it’s all about the video games. The only problem is that Derrick can’t come, neither can Jason… so it’s Chip, myself and some sorry sack of meat called Brad that we’ll kick the crap out of. Poor little newbie…
